Responsibilities
- Expected travel of approximately 40%-60% of working time, depending on business needs, store performance, staffing support, and expansion activities.
- Must maintain a valid driver's license and be able to travel independently throughout the state.
- Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use a computer for extended periods.
- Ability to occasionally lift and move items up to 25 pounds.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years of multi-unit retail leadership experience.
- 3+ years of direct people leadership experience managing managers.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, workforce management, inventory control, and customer service.
- Experience analyzing KPIs and translating data into actionable business strategies.
- Experience supporting retail growth, new store openings, or multi-site operations.
- Familiarity with POS systems, workforce management platforms, and retail reporting tools.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.

- Monitor and improve store performance through KPI analysis and action planning.
- Conduct regular store visits and operational audits to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing retail leadership teams.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and development planning with Retail Managers.
- Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure consistent application of company policies and performance management practices.
- Customer Experience
- Champion an exceptional customer experience across all retail locations.
- Analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
