Responsibilities
- Key duties include conducting investigations, supporting disciplinary actions, support the initial intake of caregiver complaints and enforcing HR policies.
- Create and maintain disciplinary action templates for use by leaders. Edit disciplinary actions before approval and issuance to caregivers to ensure documents are grammatically correct and formatted appropriately.
- Serve as an initial contact for caregivers seeking support and guidance on workplace matters.
- They act as a liaison between caregivers and HR Business Partners in order to strengthen engagement, morale, and retention.
Requirements
- Requires the ability to work assigned schedules and hours as determined by the department
