Responsibilities
- Lead and provide daily direction to department employees, establishing accountable production standards and cross-training staff to ensure project timelines and high-quality customer order outcomes are met.
Requirements
- Must be available for overtime
- The ideal candidate will have:
- Shift: 7:30am - 4pm; Must be available for overtime
Nice to have
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience in imaging operations or a similar production-driven field.
- Strong knowledge of imaging processes, basic project management lifecycles, and fundamental billing and invoicing workflows.
- Proven ability in driving production, mentoring personnel, and managing external customer communication effectively.
