Requirements
- Provide analytical leadership and subject matter expertise on large data sets, advanced analytics, and strategic business questions across Financial Services clients.
- Apply deep knowledge of Financial Services, including Cards, Retail Banking, Lending, and Small Business, to identify trends, solve business challenges, and generate meaningful insights.
- 7+ years of experience in banking, analytics, consulting, or a related quantitative discipline, with increasing responsibility leading analytical projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business implications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to present findings and recommendations effectively to internal stakeholders.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer support or sponsorship now or in the future.
Compensation
- The U.S. base salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $135,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job.
