About the role
- This role sits on our Digital team, where your internal title will be Specialist, Digital, working primarily in a data analytics capacity across client engagements.
- As a Specialist, Digital focused on Data Analytics, you are an early-to-mid career data professional with a strong foundation in analysis and a desire to grow both your technical and consulting skill set.
- In addition to your analytics work, you will gain exposure to broader areas of digital consulting, including digital product development, digital transformation, and user experience (UX/CX).
Responsibilities
- Support client and internal teams in understanding business questions and translating them into analytical requirements
- Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports to track key metrics and performance indicators
- Collaborate with data engineers and other analysts to support data modeling and reporting layers
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a data analyst, business intelligence, or analytics-focused role
- Programming experience in Python, Bash scripting, R or related language
- Working proficiency in SQL and experience querying cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery)
- Experience with Business Intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience defining and tracking KPIs and metrics
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and consulting-style environments
- Foundational understanding of data modeling and analytics best practices
- A/B testing and causal analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in learning about data governance, privacy, and security best practices

Compensation
- The estimated compensation for this position is $75,000 to $100,000.
