Responsibilities
- Work closely with business unit leaders in developing and executing development strategy for long-term growth of the brand.
- Build and lead financial models, outputs and scenarios for diligence and deal structuring.
- Conduct due diligence on prospective candidates and partners, including Discovery Days with prospective franchisees.
- Develop and deliver presentations both internally and externally to executive level leadership.
Skills
- Undergraduate Bachelor or equivalent degree.
- 7-10 years of experience in banking, private equity, or MA and strong business development background.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and project management skills.
- Excel and financial modeling for diligence and deal negotiation.
- PowerPoint and presentation structuring.
