About the role

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily dietary operations, including food preparation and service
- Supervise, train, and support dietary staff
- Manage food and supply ordering, inventory, and budget controls
- Collaborate with the Registered Dietitian and interdisciplinary team
Requirements
- Knowledge of long-term care dietary regulations and food safety standards
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with multiple departments
Compensation
- $70,304 - $73,000 annually
- Bishop Care Center is seeking a dedicated and organized Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) to lead our dietary department and ensure high-quality nutrition services for our residents.
