- The Location Manager is responsible for providing operational oversight, day-to-day management, and directly supervising staff and financial performance.

Responsibilities
- Manages operational expenses and explains budget variances
- Manages injury and collision claims
- Minimizes route drive times and mileage while adhering to contractual and regulatory mandates
- Drives employee engagement and recognition
- In the state of Washington, all technician and driving positions, including but not limited to van drivers and any other position requiring employees to drive a company-owned vehicle, are considered safety-sensitive and are therefore subject to drug and alcohol testing, including cannabis.
Skills
- 4-year degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years management experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Business background in financial, strategic, and/or organizational analysis
Compensation
- Up to $95,000/yr, based on experience
