About the role

The Outlet Supervisor plays a key leadership role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Café by overseeing daily activities, supporting staff performance, and upholding exceptional service standards.

Develop and assist in a supervisory capacity with the business plan and budget for the Café.
Developing the career of servers, hosts, cashiers, and utility staff.
Review staffing levels to maintain a budgeted level of employment.
Develop, implement, and supervise programs and processes to reduce and control loss time injuries.

Ability to: stand for long periods of times without sitting or leaning. climb stairs multiple times daily.
Three (3) years experience in restaurant supervision and/or management, purchasing, and inventory control.
Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which include obtaining a license, an Alcohol Beverage Control Card, and any other applicable health certifications.

Ability to: Analyze and interpret operation results.
Knowledge of sanitation laws and health regulations and applicable OSHA regulations.
Accuracy in completing assigned duties in a timely manner in a sometimes disruptive environment.
Solve complex problems.
