About the role
- We provide multidisciplinary engineering services across Transportation, Civil, Structures, Construction Administration, Electrical and Infrastructure Systems, and Environmental Management.

Requirements
- College degree in Structural, Civil, Construction, Construction Engineering Technology or Technician program.
- 1-2 years of experience producing CAD drawings for bridge or structural engineering projects will be an asset.
- Proficiency in the efficient use of AutoCAD is required, knowledge of other tools such as Revit, Civil 3D, or MicroStation, is an asset.
- Effective communication and organizational skills are required to coordinate with engineers and team members.
- Programs with a focus on structural or bridge engineering will be an asset.
- Familiarity with bridge design standards and manuals, including MTO guidelines, OPSD, and CSA codes, is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow design standards and QA/QC processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced project environment.
- Interest in continuous learning and staying updated on CAD tools and industry best practices.

Compensation
- $65,000 - $75,000
- Social Club: LEA has a unique, employee-co-funded social club with an annual budget of approximately $50,000 to host social events and activities that bring employees together.
