In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the financial performance and oversight of our real estate portfolio-contributing directly to strategic investment decisions and operational excellence.

Financial Oversight & Investment Support
Analyze and support financial requests related to renovations, major maintenance, and capital investment (CAPEX) projects
Partner with stakeholders throughout the investment approval and tracking process
Prepare and maintain lease-related financial schedules to support rent payments
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth and reliable financial flows
Deliver financial insights to support cost optimization, risk mitigation, and strategic decisions
Maintain and enhance financial dashboards and reporting tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
You'll work at the intersection of finance, operations, and real estate strategy, providing insights that drive smart decision-making while ensuring financial accuracy and integrity.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA is a strong asset)
5+ years of accounting experience, ideally in the real estate sector
Proficiency with real estate accounting systems and Microsoft Office (advanced Excel)
