About the role

  • Aritzia is growing, and our People Practices & Compliance team is growing with it.
  • This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for maintaining a strong relationship between Aritzia and its People through complexity, growth and change.
  • You will play a pivotal role in driving proactive, solutions-focused labour and employee relations across Distribution Centres by partnering with leaders, identifying emerging trends, and contributing to workplace culture through targeted programs.

Responsibilities

  • And, in this role, you will provide employee relations advisory support and build trusted relationships with front-line supervisors and DC leaders to help promote a positive and consistent employee experience.
  • Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
  • Deliver training and coaching to leaders on people practices, policy applications and effective communication

Requirements

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Proven attention to detail and strong project management capabilities

Skills

  • Conduct regular assessment at Distribution Centres to identify emerging people trends and areas for improvement
  • Provide day-to-day guidance to Distribution Centre leaders on managing employee concerns and people-related issues
  • Coordinate the delivery and ongoing improvement of employee relations programs in partnership with Talent Management and key stakeholders
  • Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in human resources, industrial relations, or a related field

Compensation

  • At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.
  • The range for roles at this level is $100,000-$300,000 per year.
  • Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
