About the role
- As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Linero, you are the person who makes our product real for our customers.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers during and after deployment
- Surface product gaps, integration patterns, and customer feedback to the core engineering team
Responsibilities
- You will embed directly at customer sites - some of the largest and most complex enterprises in the world - and own the full technical deployment of Linero's platform within their environments.
- Build and configure custom integrations that embed Linero into existing customer infrastructure
- Build deployment playbooks and documentation that help scale and systematize what you learn in the field
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical implementation
- you can read, write, and debug code across the stack when needed
- you can translate complex technical realities to non-technical stakeholders without losing precision
- Applicants must be U.S. persons (citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, or asylees) as defined under applicable U.S. law.
Nice to have
- Experience with enterprise systems and integrations - ERPs, SaaS platforms, internal APIs - is a strong plus
