About the role
- As one of six original AOS-G resellers for GCC High, we help defense contractors meet CMMC compliance and operate securely in Microsoft cloud environments.
- We make sure their Microsoft environments are ready for the job.
- Role Summary Job Description This is the white-glove role for our most important accounts.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 and/or Azure licensing, GCC and GCC High licensing
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 products, features, and licensing models
- Ability to research and interpret Microsoft licensing documentation
- Experience with ticketing systems and managing customer requests
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft CSP, EA, or AOS-G programs
- Familiarity with CMMC compliance requirements
- Experience with Autotask PSA or similar ticketing systems
- Reports to the Sales Manager
