Requirements
- Using CPR skills when required
- At least 1 year of related customer facing experience Required
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skills required to interact with patients, patients' families/visitors and clinical staff, including all levels of providers
- Ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Basic Life Support Certified - American Heart Association Required
Nice to have
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred
Skills
- Computer knowledge
- Must be able to work independently with limited supervision
- Phlebotomy skills and experience
- Certified Clinical Medical Assistant
- National Healthcareer Association Required or
- Certified Medical Assistant
- American Association of Medical Assistants Required or
- American Medical Technologist Required or
- National Center for Competency Testing Required
- Basic Life Support Certified
