Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
- Proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience
- Demonstrated experience leading AI‑enabled transformation
- Track record of managing complex, regulated environments
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Employees are required to be in the office on a scheduled frequency.
- MBA or advanced degree

- Role Summary
- The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, partnering closely with the CEO, CIO, and business leaders to help shape and execute the firm's next phase of growth.
- We are seeking a CFO who brings deep leadership capability and an enterprise mindset-whether their background is most rooted in strategy, operations, capital markets, business building, product development, or financial stewardship.
