Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
  • Proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience
  • Demonstrated experience leading AI‑enabled transformation
  • Track record of managing complex, regulated environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Employees are required to be in the office on a scheduled frequency.
  • MBA or advanced degree

  • Role Summary
  • The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, partnering closely with the CEO, CIO, and business leaders to help shape and execute the firm's next phase of growth.
  • We are seeking a CFO who brings deep leadership capability and an enterprise mindset-whether their background is most rooted in strategy, operations, capital markets, business building, product development, or financial stewardship.
