About the role

You will truly straddle the strategy and execution of the customer-facing digital/technology product.
This role is accountable for achieving more significant/broad business outcomes and metrics in alignment with area/enterprise goals.

As a leader in the discipline, you will influence others on product design, best practices, and principles.
You will drive strategy and innovation as it relates to future technology products.
Gather information and data to guide build-buy-partner options to solve customer problems.

Integrate usability studies, research and market analyses into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
Identify objectives and key results and analyzes customer feedback and usage metrics to recognize key pain points and opportunities to address.
Gather information and data to guide build-buy-partner options to solve customer problems.
Serve as the "translator" for both the customer and market, as well as internal stakeholders, including but not limited to business lines and cross-functional teams.
Prioritize initiatives and get commitments from internal stakeholders using excellent communication and negotiation skills.

You will conduct analyses of market trends, customer empathy, and internal and external data to define a differentiated product vision that delivers unique value.
Define product strategy and vision and then develop a creative, high-quality, and clear product roadmap.
