Responsibilities
- Support the internal Sales and Product team's third-party distribution efforts for Nuveen's private infrastructure investments.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis on existing infrastructure portfolio investments.
- Prepare memoranda and other materials used to support investment and portfolio recommendations and to communicate with internal business partners and external clients.
- Closely monitor the performance of existing portfolio investments and manage regular communication with sponsors, investment partners, and banking intermediaries.
