About the role
- Territory: Candidate must reside in the Worcester, MA or surrounding area.
- Serve as customer contact on technical and service-related problems.
- Demonstrate uses and advantages of products.
Responsibilities
- Install, check out, operate, maintain, repair, and upgrade equipment within time requirements established by service management.
- Advise and assist in effecting design changes to improve equipment efficiency and/or reduce cost of operations.
- May participate in installation planning phase. Maintain customer good will through: effective communication of all services rendered
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year working in a similar field-based repair position
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Windows operating system and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
- Must be able to bend, push and so forth.
Compensation
- $29.00 to $32.00 Per Hour
- Territory: Candidate must reside in the Worcester, MA or surrounding area.
- Responsible for providing technical direction and support to customers on operation and maintenance of company products.
- Serve as customer contact on technical and service-related problems.
- Demonstrate uses and advantages of products.
- Work closely with sales and marketing, QA/QC and research and development to address customer concerns, determine corrective action and customer follow-up.
