  • Impact Diesel Performance (IDP) is a growing, fast-paced diesel and heavy-truck repair operation built on quality workmanship, reliability, and a commitment to doing things right the first time.
  • Working closely with the service team, this role ensures high-quality workmanship, safety, and efficiency on every job while supporting the shop's operational goals and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Test drive vehicles to verify repairs and proper functionality.
  • Collaborate with the team to prioritize work orders and minimize customer downtime.
  • Accurately document service work and communicate with our team.
  • Maintain high-quality workmanship to ensure customer satisfaction and reduce comebacks.
  • Take on additional shop-related duties as needed to support overall team success.
  • Must hold and maintain a Saskatchewan driver's license and have an acceptable Driver's Abstract.

Requirements

  • 3+ years applicable work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, diesel engines, and electrical diagnostics.
