About the role

As a Sales Operation Manager, you will work with cross-functional teams to drive the success of our sales organization by designing and optimizing sales policies, managing operational processes, supporting incentive programs, reconciling customer payments, and delivering data-driven insights.
This role serves as a critical operational backbone of the sales organization-building the systems, processes, and visibility that enable our sales teams to focus on customer engagement and revenue growth.

Oversee and support end-to-end sales execution processes across sales, finance, legal, and operations teams
Manage day-to-day sales operations ensuring efficiency, compliance, and scalability
Develop and refine sales policies aligned with business objectives
Support sales incentive programs and ensure accurate commission payouts
Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements
Maintain accurate sales data and reporting dashboards
Support forecasting and provide data-driven insights
Collaborate cross-functionally to align execution and strategy
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in a retail or sales environment.

Experience with incentive and commission management
Exposure to payment reconciliation processes
Experience in startup or high-growth environments
Strong problem-solving mindset
Casual dress code + relaxed work environment
8+ years of experience in retail, sales, or direct-to-user environments, with 2+ years in a management role.
Automotive or tech industry experience is a plus.
