About the role
- Factor_ a brand of HelloFresh is seeking an Industrial Engineer to support the Goodyear, AZ team!
- - Support the design of distribution facilities, including new facilities, facility retrofits, conveyor changes, and other material handling equipment changes.
Responsibilities
- Manage processes, projects, and systems to achieve unit goals in accordance with company policies and practices.
- Create an effective work environment by setting clear objectives, successfully integrating with teams, and maintaining open communication.
- Experienced in developing preferred methods/Standard Operating Procedures.
Requirements
- BS in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar field is required.
- Extensive experience with Excel and Word
- AutoCAD proficiency required.
- Experience with using and improving Warehouse Control Systems and Warehouse Management Systems.
