About the role
- The role creates and drives the Kaizen roadmap, event execution, and Champion progression throughout site, across the other RBSL's and reports to the VP of RBS.
- Primary Responsibilities - Coach, lead and implement key RBS tools and processes across site to accelerate innovation, growth, and operational results - Train, coach, and mentor team members through Lean Kaizen events, structured problem solving, shop floor improvements, and RBS training - and challenge leaders in the organization to hold their teams accountable to growing in competency in the above - Drive the site to create and support SME funnel and monitor and provide feedback on SME development toward Champion level capability.
