Responsibilities
- This individual will handle weekly payroll tasks, manage expenses through Rippling, assist with month-end and quarter-end reconciliations, and maintain accurate general ledger entries in QuickBooks.
- Perform monthly and quarterly account reconciliations.
- Maintain clean and accurate GL coding across departments.
- Support fixed asset tracking, accruals, and other period-end tasks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and real estate teams.
Requirements
- REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Rippling (or similar platforms).
