Evaluate novel device concepts and material systems to enable future scaling and performance improvements Lead technology integration efforts by aligning device architectures with process development strategies Design and execute R&D experiments to optimize device performance and manufacturability Analyze inline, parametric, and probe data to understand device behavior, variability, and performance drivers Collaborate with process, modeling, and design teams to communicate technical findings and guide development decisions
As a Pathfinding Device Integration Engineer, you will work at the forefront of semiconductor innovation, applying device physics and materials science to evaluate and develop future memory technologies.
You will partner with multidisciplinary teams to drive technology decisions that influence future scaling, performance, and manufacturability.
