Responsibilities
- With the intent of becoming a future leader in academic arthroplasty, the fellows are expected to independently perform literature reviews, develop study hypotheses, complete detailed methodological protocols for experiments and then present his/her work to the designated research mentor for approval.
Requirements
- They are not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required of personnel so classified.
- This protocol must be reviewed by the ARJR Clinical Review Panel as well as Hospital for Special Surgery's Investigational Review Board.
- The protocol must be fully executed and approved at the conclusion of the fellowship.
Nice to have
- 2+ years of experience in clinical research required
- Prior Epic experience
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice and Good Technology Practice
- Proficient use of computers and software
- Knowledge of Orthopaedic and/or Rheumatologic terminology is a plus.
Compensation
- The base pay scale for this position is $60,000.00 - $91,125.00.
- The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation.
- The hiring range listed is a good faith determination of potential compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
