Responsibilities
- We make employee recognition meaningful, habitual, and connected to what matters most-helping organizations build cultures where people want to stay and grow together.
- We're in the middle of building the visual world for Bizy-our agentic AI product-and introducing a mascot as its primary face.
- As we tell new stories to fresh audiences, we've brought on a Senior Art Director to lead our creative direction.
- You'll collaborate closely with our Art Director and a small, opinionated marketing team in a role that offers significant room for growth on a team that truly values craft.
Requirements
- You can expect occasional travel for intentional team gatherings and offsites.
