Responsibilities
- Critical to the success of the sales organization to ensure their experience exceeds the needs of the business, drives productivity, and supports the best customer experience.
- Thought leader in ensuring the sales organization's digital experience drives business outcomes and recommends standard guidelines.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and related tools.
- Validate and iterate solutions through user testing and data analysis.
- Lead and contribute to VOC research including interviews, surveys, usability testing, analytics, and competitive analysis.
- Design within and lead evolution of design systems and accessibility standards.
- Partner across multiple teams including product, engineering, analytics, and leadership.
- Support translation of strategic plans into Product and Business OKRs.
- Business impact and outcomes, not just design execution.
- Accessibility, service design, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in UX or Product Design.
- Expert proficiency with Figma and UX design systems.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and multi-functional collaborators without direct authority.
- Ability to balance customer needs, business priorities, technical feasibility, and speed to market.
Nice to have
- Expert at designing to platform specs.
- UI Experience preferred

Compensation
- $8,550.00 - $13,933.70 -
- Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
- This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
- Ferguson complies with all wage regulations.
- The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
