Responsibilities
- Perform physically demanding work for extended periods while following safe lifting and material-handling practices.
- Support warehouse operations by picking and staging materials for deliveries, assisting with inventory management, performing warehouse cleanups, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
- These factors are applied consistently to support transparent and equitable compensation practices in Ontario.

Requirements
- Must be capable of safely ascending and descending ladders while performing assigned duties.
- Valid G driver's license with a clean drivers abstract
- Able to work independently and within strict timelines
- Great organizational skills
- Physical demands including lifting and carrying various weights throughout the day
- Able to communicate via email, phone and in person with internal and external customers
- Motivated to learn and develop
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm to become a member of the CFLS team

Compensation
- Salary placement within the stated range is determined by evaluating the candidate's relevant experience, skills, and qualifications, along with internal equity and prevailing market conditions.
