About the role
- We secure the facilities and networks of the world's leading brands and critical infrastructure and are recognized leaders in the physical and IT security, cyber, and managed services industries.
- The Field Installation Supervisor is responsible for managing their team members assigned for installing, programming, terminating, and commissioning a wide range of access control and video products and systems.
- This position will report directly to the Program Manager to which they are assigned.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the direct reports assigned
- Always maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
- Maintain a safe, clean working environment always.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of field installation experience in the security environment.
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
- must be a self-starter and quick learner.
- Must be willing to travel as needed, sometimes on short notice.
- Must be able to identify and resolve issues that would have a negative impact on job productivity.
- Must be willing to assist the Install team.
- Attend any product or safety training that is required.
Compensation
- $75,000 - $110,000 USD
