About the role
- While you will execute essential operational tasks like ticketing, endpoint management, and user lifecycle workflows, your primary mission is to ensure our organization's technology is seamless, secure, and fully optimized to empower our staff.
- The IT System Administrator I role is critical to ensuring our organization remains operational, secure, and efficient.
- By managing identity infrastructure, optimizing network uptime, and executing flawless onboarding and offboarding cycles, this position keeps our team connected and productive.
Responsibilities
- Endpoint & MDM Architecture: Manage and deploy company workstations across multiple Mobile Device Management platforms, including PDQ Connect, Microsoft Intune, and Mosyle Fuse.
- Maintain operational compliance using Admin by Request for privilege management and deploy KnowBe4 Phishing Campaigns and Training.
- Helpdesk & Platform Support: Provide world-class technical support and customer service with our IT ticketing system and also act as the primary technical point of contact. Administer foundational communication platforms including Slack, Zoom, and Atlassian.
- Data & Asset Management: Oversee the integrity of corporate data environments during our transition from Egnyte Administration to Google Drive Administration.
- Maintain a reliable, audit-ready hardware ledger using Snipe IT Asset Management, and meticulously document configurations using GetOutline.
- Opportunities to manage critical IT migration projects, vendor tools, and security awareness programs.
- A supportive environment to build technical competence, confidence, and systemic thinking in a fast-paced environment.
- World-Class Troubleshooting Skills: A relentless drive to diagnose hardware, software, and network issues across diverse environments (Windows, macOS, cloud SaaS).
