About the role
- Our client operates a comprehensive residential training program serving young adults ages 16-24.
- Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing recreational, cultural, athletic, and leisure-time activities for students.
- Supervise recreational programs, intramural sports, fitness activities, clubs, tournaments, and special events.
Responsibilities
- The Recreational Aide helps create a safe, structured, and engaging residential environment while encouraging positive student participation in center life.
- Collaborate with instructors, counselors, residential advisors, and other Center staff to support student success.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support Center operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to motivate and engage diverse student populations.
- Ability to supervise group activities while maintaining a safe environment.
- Must successfully pass all required background investigations and federal security requirements before beginning work.
- Maintain attendance records, activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation.
- Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED required.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of conflict resolution and behavior management techniques.
- Work Schedule Part-time Approximately 20 hours per week.
- Schedule may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events based on the operational needs of the facility.

Compensation
- $16k-$24k
