About the role

  • The annual estimated range is $180,000 to $204,000 Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.

Responsibilities

  • Staff Department to optimize customer opportunities and productivity.
  • Develop staff by setting and communicating performance/production expectations, monitoring performance, identifying and development needs, coaching and mentoring.

Requirements

  • The ability to influence store success and shape your team
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
  • Manage the administration, tracking and follow-up required to stay current on warranty, receivables and service contracts.
  • Hold daily and monthly staff meetings as required covering key information.
  • Other administrative duties as required.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Service Manager

Nice to have

  • Import Experience preferred
  • CDK Experience preferred

Compensation

  • The annual estimated range is $180,000 to $204,000
