Nordson Electronics Solutions is a global team that works to create machines and systems that improve the electronics and semiconductor manufacturing process.
Coordinates, identifies, analyzes and resolves program support deficiencies with NPD on DFM
Develops and recommends corrective actions.
May conduct feasibility studies on new and modified designs.
Exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criterion for results.
May direct support personnel in preparation of detailed design, design testing, prototype fabrication and/or manufacturing.
Owns and drives to closure Top Customer escalated field issues

Plans the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices.

Experience utilizing 8D, A3 and 7-Step troubleshooting methodologies
Experience with statistical analysis and tolerance stack-ups
Experience in robotics, precision dispensing, metrology or similar industries
Familiar with vision systems
Use of Programming Logic Controllers (PLC) and National Instruments devices for testing preferred
Adaptable to changing priorities
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Demonstrated skills steering technical discussions in high pressure situations
Well organized self-starter; ability to plan & coordinate tasks.

Salary range for this position is: $125,000 to $150,000 annually.
The base pay range for this job level is a general guideline and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.

Regularly interacts with Top Customers in high pressure situations.
