About the role

  • The Verkada Security Team is an engineering team at its core.
  • The role's broad scope means you will be writing code in a variety of technology stacks and collaborating with engineering teams across all of Verkada's products.

Responsibilities

  • Build security and privacy platform services for Verkada's Command SaaS platform, then drive adoption of these services across Verkada
  • Collaborate with the CISO to grow the broader Verkada security programs
  • Leadership experience building distributed systems with high quality, scalability and reliability

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science degree or equivalent
  • 10+ years of experience as a software engineer
  • 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager
