Direct experience with supply, services, vendor, or offtake agreements
Experience leading contract negotiations and managing counterparties through execution
Experience supporting sales or business teams in structuring commercial deals
Familiarity with contract lifecycle management and template development
Experience working in industrial, manufacturing, energy, or technology-driven environments
J.D. and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
Extensive experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements

This role will be critical in structuring, negotiating, and executing the agreements that enable us to build, scale, and deploy clean metals production globally.
You will work directly on the deals that bring our technology to market, ensuring speed, clarity, and protection as we partner with customers, suppliers, and strategic collaborators.
