Ability to work with Supply Chain peers (planners, Tessenderlo Kerley plant sites, Customer Service, Sales, etc.) in order to forward-manage your trucking assets
Collaborate with 3rd party carriers, Supply Chain peers, Sales, etc. to develop efficient routes for various lanes of shipping
Partner with 3rd party carriers/dispatchers to ensure all DOT regulations are followed, including Hours of Service requirements.
Develop and nurture relationships with internal and third-party transportation service providers.

HS Degree or GED is required.
Working knowledge of 49 CFR.
2-3 years' experience with truck dispatching, preferably (but not required to be) with bulk tankers
Execute during seasonal spikes in demand for trucks
Fundamental mathematical and negotiation skills are required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate in a concise, professional, effective manner
Proven track record of agility to respond to customer changes.
