  • The SDD ensures a high quality, resilient, and scalable delivery model by proactively anticipating and mitigating geopolitical, regulatory, and operational risks while balancing speed, cost, and reliability.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Project Directors to plan current business, onboard new programs, minimize program costs, and proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks.
  • Lead customer management efforts by maintaining strong internal and external relationships, driving strategic initiatives to enhance customer experience, and delivering performance-driven business reviews.
  • Drive delivery excellence by optimizing performance, quality, and cost through resource planning, global delivery utilization, offshoring strategies, automation, industrialization, and process efficiency.
  • Establish and lead regular governance with key customer stakeholders, Program Directors, Market Areas, and Global Support Centers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Market Area leadership, delivery organizations, and local entities to ensure alignment and execution success.
  • Partner with Sales and Trade Compliance to ensure fully compliant global deployments and maintain an accurate register of countries in scope.
  • Maintain asset traceability within systems of record, monitor warranty and support expirations, negotiate extensions, and identify add-on sales opportunities.
  • A strong track record of building trust and credibility with internal and external stakeholders.

Skills

  • A bachelor's degree or higher education.
  • At least 10 years of experience across supply chain management, sourcing, large-scale program delivery, finance, and business operations.
  • Strong knowledge of and hands-on experience delivering through Ericsson's supply chain and sourcing processes.
  • Proven strategic insight with the ability to translate innovative ideas into executable, value-driven solutions.
  • Confidence and courage to address difficult situations directly, make timely decisions using facts, and take decisive action.
  • A transparent leadership style and willingness to surface risks, challenges, and opportunities proactively.
