About the role

- This role will report to the Head of Technology and Product recruiting in Talent Acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Lead full cycle recruitment from intake with hiring managers, through offer close.
- Manage high volume of requisitions and applications through various stages in Greenhouse.
- Support the senior technology recruiter across Technology and Product departments
- make recommendations and drive continuous improvement in global talent acquisition practices.
- Manage candidates through various stages in our ATS (Greenhouse) ensuring accurate data.
- Develop and track measurable facets of the recruiting and hiring process so that the processes are transparent and measurable
- Partner with members of the HR team to ensure all new hires go through a top-class onboarding experience.
- Assist with ongoing projects that support the overall mission of the HR team (i.e. diversity, candidate experience, employee engagement, etc.).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or another business-related field
- Experience recruiting across the Technology spectrum including full stack, frontend and backend engineers, devops, corporate technology and product backgrounds, data science and quant experience
- Build relationships internally with hiring managers, heads of department and other internal stakeholders to develop a strong understanding of the team's needs.
- Demonstrated experience to effectively assess candidate resumes, conduct screening calls, and recommend candidates to hiring managers
- Self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced collaborative environment
- Effectively assess a candidates resume and conduct screening calls before introducing profiles to the lead recruiter
- Benefits
- The hourly range for this role is $35.00 to $55.00 per hour and is not eligible for benefits.
- We believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together. Employees in this role will work in the office Monday-Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday.

Nice to have
- 6+ years of in-house or agency recruitment experience with exposure to the financial services and/or fintech industry, experience with technology recruiting and managing intern hiring is a plus
