Responsibilities
- Following and helping to refine / further develop safety protocols
- We give our Operators a wide range of responsibilities / opportunities to help us develop and roll-out our autonomous technologies to the world.
- While much of the industry remains in R&D, we deliver real, production-ready autonomy that is already operating in the field.
- Build technology that directly improves safety, efficiency, and productivity.
- Collaborate closely with experienced engineers and industry operators.
Requirements
- Professional driving experience of at least 3-5 years, either off-road or on-road, with a clean safety record
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in demanding, fast-paced environments
Nice to have
- Experience with mining and / or quarrying operations preferred
- Experience operating other heavy equipment (e.g., excavators, loaders, bulldozers) preferred
Compensation
- The base salary range for this role is $66,000-$78,000 per year and will vary based on location.
