Responsibilities
- Manage complex, high-volume calendars and scheduling through Microsoft Outlook, balancing shifting priorities and competing demands.
- Review and help manage executive inboxes, including filing emails, tracking follow-ups, drafting correspondence, and responding on executives' behalf with professionalism and sound judgment.
- Coordinate and obtain signatures-electronic and wet-for legal and other time-sensitive documents across the firm.
- In collaboration with the other Executive Assistant on the Development team, you will help drive deal closings by managing documentation workflows, notarization needs, and execution deadlines.
- Track reports, maintain files, and capture meeting notes and follow-up items as needed.
- Conduct research and manage special projects as needed.
