About the role

  • We're looking for an Ice Cream Delivery Driver to join our enthusiastic, positive, and hard-working team.
  • If you're passionate about supporting our shops, thrive on organization and problem-solving, and love being part of a team that takes its craft seriously while having fun, this could be the role for you.
  • You'll play a key role in ensuring our ice cream and products are delivered safely, accurately, and on time-helping us bring smiles to our shops, MooMobiles, and shop communities every day.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate and maintain Sweet Cow's fleet of delivery vehicles.
  • Manage weekly ingredient distribution, including picking and delivery to shops.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas and vehicles, ensuring FIFO (first in, first out) inventory rotation.
  • Uphold established standards to support a culture of accountability, purpose, and pride.
  • Clearly communicate needs, updates, or issues with the Factory Manager and field support team.

Requirements

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt to changing needs quickly.

Nice to have

  • Previous driver or logistics experience preferred.

  • Effective communicator with peers and leaders (some English preferred, not required).

Compensation
