About the role

  • Stocks, rotates, and stores general merchandise and/or food in the club.
  • Ensures that all merchandise is clearly labeled and fully stocked.
  • Team Members: Carry out job functions and responsibilities as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Support the application of club policies, procedures and compliance.
  • Acts with honesty and integrity and lead with the member in mind to address all concerns and to escalate any concerns, as appropriate.
  • Maintain a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Deliver service excellence through all points of contact.
  • Maintains display signage for all products.
  • Creates labels and/or applies merchandise sales tags to items.
  • Performs general housekeeping duties, including removing trash and cardboard from the club.
  • Maintains all club policies and procedures.
  • Performs other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.

Compensation

  • In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position.
  • At BJ's Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary.
  • The pay range for this position is starting from $16.50.
