About the role
- Completes order maintenance generating invoices for all work assignments
- Prepares bills of lading for shipments to customers and verifies BOL's with actual load sheet
- Verifies packing slip and related papers with orders received
Responsibilities
- Obtain dimensions and documents for export shipments. Generates export documents when necessary
- Outbound administrator prints, separates, and prepares sales orders for the floor lead persons
Requirements
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and/or hear.
- The employee is occasionally required to stand, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
- Responsible for the preparation of shipping documents and other required paperwork to move shipments from the warehouse.
- Files various paperwork as required
- Performs all other functions as required by supervisor
- As required by the Americans Disabilities Act (ADA)
Skills
- 1+ year(s)of related administrative experience
- Proficient math skills
- Basic computer skills to perform computer related transactions
- Ability to read, write and understand English
