About the role

  • This role is responsible for testing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex electronic and electro-mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

  • SMT Operations & Technical Support
  • Perform equipment troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, calibration, and qualification activities.
  • Provide first-line technical support to resolve production and quality issues on the SMT line.
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) builds and sustain standard production processes.
  • Perform feeder loading and assist with line changeovers.
  • Collaborate with engineering to develop and maintain process documentation and quality acceptance criteria.
  • Perform thermal profiling of reflow soldering equipment.
  • identify trends and drive corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Regular work in a cleanroom environment with required PPE (ESD gear, smock, gloves, etc.).
  • Ability to safely handle chemicals such as solvents and adhesives.

Compensation

  • This role in Beaverton, Oregon pays between $21.90 and $28.77 per hour, depending on your experience, skills, and background.
