About the role

- Shift: The regular hours for this position are day shift.
- This role is responsible for testing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex electronic and electro-mechanical systems.
Responsibilities
- SMT Operations & Technical Support
- Perform equipment troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, calibration, and qualification activities.
- Provide first-line technical support to resolve production and quality issues on the SMT line.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) builds and sustain standard production processes.
- Perform feeder loading and assist with line changeovers.
- Collaborate with engineering to develop and maintain process documentation and quality acceptance criteria.
- Perform thermal profiling of reflow soldering equipment.
- identify trends and drive corrective actions.
Requirements
- Regular work in a cleanroom environment with required PPE (ESD gear, smock, gloves, etc.).
- Ability to safely handle chemicals such as solvents and adhesives.

- Minimum of 2 - 4 years of related experience | Required

Compensation
- This role in Beaverton, Oregon pays between $21.90 and $28.77 per hour, depending on your experience, skills, and background.
