Demonstrated leadership role managing direct level reports.
Prior experience working in an environment comprising both military and civilian elements highly desired.

Strong knowledge of accounting and financial systems / processes, controls, and ability to translate strategies into financial concepts.
High degree of skill in analytical reasoning and the ability to apply that skill in the identification, analysis, and conceptualization of problems.
A high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.

Demonstrated proficiency setting a strategic vision for the overall team and leading the organization in successfully achieving these goals.
