Requirements
- 2+ years of outside or territory sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Demonstrated experience in cold calling, prospecting, and closing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general CRM usage
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively
Nice to have
- Experience in cheer, dance, athletics, or apparel
- Existing network within schools, gyms, or athletic programs
- Experience with event-based or seasonal sales cycles
- Compensation Structure
- This position follows a draw against commission model.
- You will receive bimonthly draw payments that are recouped against future commissions.
