About the role

Position Overview Apollo is a high-growth, global alternative asset manager.
In our asset management business, we seek to provide our clients excess return at every point along the risk-reward spectrum from investment grade credit to private equity.
Through Athene, our retirement services business, we specialize in helping clients achieve financial security by providing a suite of retirement savings products and acting as a solutions provider to institutions.

Partner with business and operational teams to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and maintain a prioritized portfolio of AI opportunities across business functions.
Partner with technology, data, risk, compliance, and legal teams to assess feasibility and governance considerations.
Lead proof-of-concept initiatives and pilot programs to validate business value and user adoption.
Build business cases, implementation plans, and value realization frameworks.
Establish governance, controls, and operating models that support responsible AI deployment.
Partner with functional leaders to embed AI capabilities into operating procedures and workflows.
