About the role
- The Concrete Project Manager is responsible for managing the financial and operational execution of assigned concrete projects.
- This role ensures projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage project budgets and weekly labor cost tracking.
- Prepare and manage billing, requisitions, and change orders.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in structural or commercial concrete.
- Knowledge of NYC construction regulations and inspections.
- Proficiency in Excel and project management software
- Strong cost tracking and forecasting experience.
