Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion.
- Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management - Build and expand a strong customer portfolio by winning new clients and deepening long‑term partnerships with existing accounts.
- Business Planning & Reporting - Develop compelling business cases, reports, and budget plans to support executive decision‑making and influence marketing and sales strategies.
Requirements
- Proficiency with project‑management tools and experience working with CRM systems.
Compensation
- Twelve (12) company paid holidays per year

- A degree in a scientific, technical, or business discipline, combined with several years of relevant experience in business development, medical devices, or healthcare.
- Strong understanding of clinical studies and ideally a well‑established network within the healthcare ecosystem, including CROs.
- Paid time off of 15 days per year (pro-rated 1st year)
